EU: Malt exports slightly down in July-June 2021/22

EU malt exports were 2.93 mln tonnes in July 2021 - June 26, 2022 vs. 3.15 mln tonnes (in grain equivalent) a year ago, H. M. Gauger GmbH said in their July report.

The largest destinations were Brazil with 264 thousand tonnes imported, Japan with 208 thousand, Nigeria with 192 thousand, Mexico with 132 thousand tonnes, and South Africa with 127 thousand tonnes.
