World: Heineken successfully places EUR600 mln of 5-year notes and EUR800 mln of 10-year notes
Heineken N.V. on March 25 announced that it has successfully placed €600 million of 5-year Notes with a coupon of 1.625% and €800 million of 10-year Notes with a coupon of 2.25%.
The Notes will be issued under the Company's Euro Medium Term Note Programme and will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
The proceeds from the Notes issuance will be used for general corporate purposes. The maturity dates of the Notes are 30 March 2025 and 30 March 2030.
Banca IMI, BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and HSBC acted as book runners.
On 18 March 2020, Heineken N.V. also successfully placed CHF 100 million of 5-year Notes with a coupon of 0.6375% privately.
