Canada, ON: Cold Springs Brewery officially releases its beers in Ontario

A new brewery in Ontario’s Northumberland County has officially released its beers via two local markets, the Canadian Beer News reported on May 8.

Cold Springs Brewery has been established by veteran homebrewer Ron Masil, and made its public debut this past weekend at the Foragers Farms Farm Gate Market on Friday, and the Cobourg Farmers’ Market on Saturday.

The initial wave of Cold Spring beers includes Fresh Spring Ale (4.2% abv), Rolling Hills NEIPA (5.5% abv), Blanche de la Ferme Wheat Ale (5% abv), and Gluten Free IPA (5% abv).

Cold Springs beers will continue to be sold at both weekly markets, with additional availability and brewery opening details to be announced.
