USA, CA: Valiant Brewing Company opens in Orange County

Valiant Brewing Company, the newest microbrewery in Orange County, California, opens its doors at the beginning of February, craftbeer.com reported on January, 15.

Owned and operated by the husband-and-wife team of Brian and Kelly Schroepfer–brewers, craft beer lovers, and mechanical engineers who designed the brewery themselves–Valiant offers a line-up of unique ales.

Grand Opening attendees will enjoy a selection of Valiant original brews and be able to tour the brewery. New beers will be released in the coming weeks, completing the Valiant line-up.
