The fermentory the third location for Legion is located in Atherton Mills historic trolley barn, at 2104 South Blvd. The 11,400-square-foot space has been adapted to include a second-floor mezzanine and two patios with views of uptown.
Buchy says he wasnt looking to grow Legions footprint when Atherton Mill owner Edens reached out to him. He immediately saw the potential for the space.
South End is one of the most vibrant neighborhoods and communities in Charlotte, Buchy says. Atherton Mill has such as deep history to it. It was exciting to think what we could do there.
