USA, FL: Ellipsis Brewing already open and pouring cold ones in Orlando

Orlando's craft beer scene just got a little more stout. Ellipsis Brewing, in Southeast Orlando, is open and pouring cold ones, the Orlando Weekly reported on December 1.

Just north of Orlando International Airport at 7500 TPC Blvd., the upstart craft brewery has already gained the favor of many a local beer aficionado, and earlier this month they brought their tasty peanut-butter beer to the Orlando Beer Festival.

For the launch, Ellipsis Brewing has five beers lined up, including How Rude!, a New England IPA, and Wild Things, an American brown ale.

Hours are 1 p.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week.
