Una cerveza fuerte, que se bebe lentamente, con un carácter agradable, aroma exquisito y un sabor sublime.
INGREDIENTES /HL (1 hectolitro = 100 litros)
MALTA
Château Pilsen 2RS

25 - 30 kg / hl

Château Pale Ale
|
1.5 kg / hl
|
LÚPULO
Hersbrucker (Hallertauer)
|
50 g / hl
|
LEVADURA
Temperatura de maceración
Paso 1: Macerar
-Mezclar en 75 litros de agua (58oC)
-Deje descansar a 63oC por 80 minutos
-Deje descansar a 68oC por 15 minutos
Paso 2: Filtración
Separe el mosto del grano gastado con agua a 76oC
Paso 3: Hervir
Duración: 1 hora
-Después de 15 minutos añada el Saaz
-Después de 55 minutos añada el Hersbrucker
Quitar el turbio
Paso 4: Fermentación
a 25 - 28oC
Paso 5: Maduración
2 días a 12oC, luego por 2 semanas a 0-1oC
