USA, MO: Minglewood Brewery to close for good on January 18

A local business in Cape Girardeau will be closing its doors at the end of the month.

Minglewood Brewery announced on Monday, January 5 that after 11 years, their last day of operation will be Jan. 18.

In a statement posted to Facebook, the restaurant and brewery shared its gratitude with the community:

“Words can’t express how deeply grateful we are for every single one of you who have visited us over the years.

“You’ve shared laughs, marriage proposals, celebrations, and countless memories with us and we are eternally grateful.

“Thank you for trusting us. For choosing us. And for becoming part of our story.

“We’ve loved every minute of serving you and will carry these wonderful memories and times with you forever.

“With all our love and endless gratitude.”

The reason for the closure was not disclosed at this time.
