USA, NY: Market Street Brewing Company shutting down operations after over 25 years in business
An iconic brewery and restaurant in Corning has announced its closure after over 25 years in business, WENY reported on February 21.
Market Street Brewing Company announced on its Facebook page that they would be shutting down operations indefinitely. In a parting message, Market Street Brewing Company thanked its patrons, customers, and crew members that supported them along the way.
The brew pub first started brewing beer in 1997, when micro breweries were a novel concept. It is currently unknown what will happen to the existing establishment that the brew pub currently resides in.
The building is currently listed for sale for $569,000.
