MALTA
Château Pilsen 2RS 16 kg / hl
Château Munich Light® 10 kg / hl
Château Cara Ruby® 4 kg / hl
Château Crystal® 1 kg / hl
Château Chocolat 1 kg / hl
LÚPULO
Magnum 50 g / hl
Perle 25 g / hl
LEVADURA
Safbrew T-58 50 - 80 g / hl
Safbrew T-58 (second fermentation) 2.5 - 5 g / hl
AZUCAR
Brown candy sugar 0.5 kg / hl
Temperatura de maceración
Paso 1: Macerar
-Macere a 62oC y deje reposar durante 55 minutos
-Deje reposar a 72oC durante 10 minutos
-Deje reposar a 78oC durante 2 minutos

Paso 2: Hervir
Duración: 1 hora y 30 minutos
El volumen de mosto disminuye en un 8-10%
-Al cabo de 15 minutos añada Magnum
-Al cabo de 85 minutos añada Perle y el azúcar

Paso 3: Enfriar
Paso 4: Fermentación a 22oC
