Пшеничний солод короткого пророщування «Чіт» в пластівцях (розплющені зерна) - це висушений за невисокої температури солод із пшениці, процес пророщування якого після намочування триває набагато коротше, ніж у випадку звичайного солоду.
Такий солод зберігає багато характеристик несолодженої пшениці та використовується для підвищення стійкості піни та для урівноваження активності високорозчинних солодів. Пластівці можна додавати прямо до затору.
