Czech Republic & China: Černá Hora brewery plans expansion to China

After brewery Pivovar Klášter became the first Czech beer producer to expand to China, Pivovar Černá Hora is now also heading to the largest beer market in the world, Prague Daily Monitor published April 27.

In the second half of this year, Černá Hora wants to ship to Asia its first 1,000 hectolitres of beer and at least five-times as much each following year.

"Exports can grow infinitely. It only depends on how our brewery sets itself up on the Chinese market," the brewery's director Jiří Fusek said.
