USA, WA: Bickersons Brewhouse to open its doors in renton this weekend
The Renton-based Bickersons Brewhouse will be opening its doors this weekend, My Ballard reported on April 20.
Bickersons has taken over the former Peddler Brewing location at 1514 Leary Ave NW; Peddler closed in March after nine years in the neighborhood.
Owners Frank Castro and Shaunn Siekawitch opened Bickersons in Renton in 2020 and told My Ballard they’d been looking to expand into Seattle for the past year. They’re keeping their Renton location open, but plan to do most of their brewing in their new Ballard home.
Bickersons’ first day will be Saturday, April 23. They’ll be open from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday and from 12 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday. For Saturday’s opening celebration, they’ll have live music from Danny Godinez and food from Scooby Dogs food truck.
