Granos aplanados de malta de trigo chit – un tipo de malta ligeramente secada producida de trigo orgánico remojado que ha germinado por un periodo de tiempo muy corto.
La malta orgánica de trigo chit en copos tiene muchas de las características del trigo crudo y se utiliza para mejorar la estabilidad de la espuma y equilibrar las maltas muy solubles. Los copos pueden ser añadidos directamente en el macerado.

All our flakes are manufactured in strict conformity with the internationally accepted requirements HACCP (Hazard Analyses of Critical Control Points) currently in force.
All our flakes conform to EU and International regulations regarding the maximum allowable residues of pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, insecticides, as well as traces of mycotoxins.
