EU: Malt production in Germany increases in July-November 2016
Malt production Germany July-November 2016 amounted to 775,000 tons versus 758,000 tonnes over the same period in 2015, H. M. Gauger GmbH reported earlier in March.
Barley use in the U.K. in July-December 2016 was 911,000 tonnes (901,000 in July-December 2015).
Barley use in France, forecast for the grain year 2017/18, is 1.730 mln tonnes versus 1.750 mln tonnes in 2016/17.
