UK: EC received notice of firm concentration involving Scottish Newcastle
The European Commission received a notice concerning a concentration plan according to which the British brewer Scottish Newcastle and Kuehne logistic are to acquire the JVO firm. Activities will be shared: Scottish New Castle for the manufacture of beer and other alcoholic drinks, Kuehne will carry out the logistics of contracts in Great Britain and JVO for distribution in Great Britain.
