USA, OK: Fair Weather Friend announces impeding brewery closure
Oklahoma City will lose another one of its craft breweries with the announcement of the impending closure of Fair Weather Friend, The Oklahoman reported on April 25.
Known for its brews, as well as its wings and pizza, the taproom, 314. N. Klein Ave., located right next to Beer City Music Hall and The Flycatcher Club, announced its plans to close on social media.
According to the post, made April 19, the brewery will host a tandem celebration of its fourth anniversary and its farewell on May 3 before closing its doors for good May 4.
"Between now and then we will be featuring our Friendliest Hour specials everyday, all day!," the post states. "Please come see us over the next two weeks, as our favorite part of this business was seeing all of our family and friends over the last 4 years."
