Ukraine: January-November beer production up 4.9%

Ukraine’s beer production totalled 12.98 mln hl in January-November 2024, up 4.9% compared to the same period in 2023, according to brewers’ association Ukrpyvo.

“The expert estimate of beer production in Ukraine (except for non-alcoholic beer with an alcohol content of up to 0.5 vol%) for 11 months of the year is 12.98 million hl, which is 4.9% more compared to the same period in 2023. At the same time, this figure is only 82.5% of the production volumes for 11 months of 2021,” the statement said.

As reported, beer production in Ukraine in 2023 increased by 7.8% compared to 2022. At the same time, in 2022, it fell by 27.9% compared to 2021 – to 12.28 million hl.
