USA, SC: BridgeWay Brewing Co. holds grand opening in Simpsonville

BridgeWay Brewing Co. held its grand opening and ribbon cutting in Simpsonville last week, the Greenville Journal reported on March 6.

The brewery is a lifelong dream for its co-owner, Michelle Dodge. Several of Dodge’s family members were also present. The event was held with a beer toast using two in-house brews, the Papa Dodge West Coast IPA and Blue Eyes Blonde.

The brewery served a special menu for the opening, but the full menu was also available.

BridgeWay Brewing is located in Mauldin on BridgeWay Boulevard, just off Interstate 385.

It is open Mondays through Thursdays from 4 to 10 p.m., and Fridays through Sundays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
