USA: Molson Coors Brewing Company announces a $0.32 per share quarterly dividend

Molson Coors Brewing Company today declared a quarterly dividend of US$0.32 per share, payable on March 15, 2007 to shareholders of record on February 28, 2007, Market Wire reported February 20.

The quarterly dividend is payable to holders of Class "A" and Class "B" common stock of Molson Coors Brewing Company, as well as to holders of Class "A" and Class "B" exchangeable shares of Molson Coors Canada Inc.
