USA: Anheuser-Busch CEO to get $1.2 million bonus

Anheuser-Busch Cos. said it approved a $1.2 million 2006 bonus for President and Chief Executive August A. Busch IV, according to Market Watch, February 14.

The St. Louis brewer said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission that it also approved a $3 million bonus to former President and Chief Executive Patrick T. Stokes and a $950,000 bonus to former Chairman August A. Busch III.

Stokes retired on Nov. 30 last year, and Busch III resigned as an executive officer on the same date, according to the filing.
