Belgium: InBev announces 300 mln share buy-back program
Exercising the authority granted to it by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of April 25th, 2006, InBev S.A.s Board of Directors has resolved that the Company commence a share buy-back program of InBev shares for an amount of up to 300 million euro, according to InBevs press release of February 1.
This new share buy-back program will run until the end of October 2007, and may be renewed thereafter.
