EU: EU malt exports rebound in past two months

Malt exports from the EU have rebounded the past two months, moving into alignment with the crop�22 shipping levels and showing improvement over both crop�23 and crop�21 levels, RMI Analytics reported.

This is a slightly encouraging development for a malt industry already facing higher inventories at a time heading into the winter season, when malt stocks build normally. However, a further continuation of this improved trend is required before too much optimism is warranted.
