Europe: Hop harvest mostly completed as of end of September

According to leading hops company BarthHaas, the European hop harvest was mostly completed by the end of September.

In Germany, the crop outcome is anticipated to be slightly above the official crop production estimate in August, but with the important alpha acid content being below the long-term average level.

In the Czech Republic, harvest yields are better than expected, but still below the longer-term average, and with alpha acids at a lower level as well.
