USA, NC: Catawba Brewing Co. permanently closes its Belmont, Charlotte location
One of Charlottes breweries has officially closed its doors, AOL.com reported on August 14.
Catawba Brewing Co. has permanently closed its Charlotte location in the Belmont neighborhood.

Yet, MaryAnn Anstine, general manager, told CharlotteFive that employees were notified of the closure Monday morning without notice and without reason.
CharlotteFive has reached out to the ownership group for more information, but has not heard back.
The Charlotte brewery, which opened in 2017, was one of four of the companys locations across the Carolinas with craft beer, food trucks, bingo, trivia and other weekly events.
