Poland: Heinekens gets full control over its business in Poland

Heineken International B.V. executed an approximately PLN1.66 bln (approximately EUR347 mln) acquisition of the remaining 35% shareholding of Grupa Zywiec, its subsidiary in Poland, the Global Legal Chronicle reported on January 31.

The acquisition gives Heineken complete control over the business in Poland.
