Russia: Beer sales, output flat in 2022

Russia’s beer and beer drinks sales totalled 80.25 mln hl last year, almost flat as compared to 2021 (+0.3% only), the Federal Service for Alcohol Market Regulation reported on January 27.

The output of beer-like drinks increased by 2.5% to 9.84 mln hl, whereas that of beer was unchanged from the previous year at 70.41 mln hl.

Retail beer sales grew by 0.6% to 67.63 mlh hl, the state service said.
