Safbrew T-58 50 - 80 g / hl
Safbrew T-58 (2차 발효) 2.5 - 5 g / hl
설탕
브라운 캔디슈가 0.5 kg / hl
혼합 온도
1단계: 혼합
-62도에서 55분간 혼합한다
-10분간 72도에 둔다
-2분간 78도에 둔다
2단계: 삶기
시간: 1시간 30분
맥즙 양이 8-10%가량 감소
-15분 뒤 매그넘 첨가
-85분 뒤 페를레 및 설탕 첨가

3단계: 식히기
4단계: 발효 22도에서
