Органический пшеничный солод короткого ращения «Чит» в хлопьях (расплющенные зерна) - это обсушенный при невысокой температуре солод из органической пшеницы, чей процесс проращивания после замачивания длится намного меньше, чем в случае обычного солода.
Такой солод сохраняет многие характеристики несоложенной пшеницы и используется для увеличения стойкости пены и для уравновешивания активности высокорастворимых солодов. Хлопья можно добавлять прямо в затор.
