Canada, BC: Backroads Brewing’s brewery now open for business in Nelson
Backroads Brewing has announced that its brewery and taproom is now open for business in Nelson, BC, Canadian Beer News reported on March 27.
Founded by Brent Malysh with partners Tracey Brown and brewmaster Mike Kelly, Backroads had a soft opening this past weekend, with four beers – Saison, Kellerbier, Pale Ale, and Irish Red – available for glasses, flights, and growler fills.
Backroads Brewing is located at 460 Baker St. in Nelson, and will be open from 12:00 noon to 8:00 PM on Tuesday to Thursday, and 12:00 noon to 10:00 PM on Friday and Saturday.
