In the confirmation email you have received the preparation time is indicated, as well as a possible date of delivery and other important information regarding your order.

In preparation:
Your order it is now being prepared. The preparation time depends on your order type:
1-2 business days - for additional products only;
3-5 working days - for orders of malt in 25 KG bags, on euro pallets;
5-7 working days - for orders (full trucks) of malt in 25 KG bags, on euro pallets;
8-10 working days - for orders in Big Bags, crushed malt and malt in bulk;
The delivery is not included in the preparation time!

Ready:
Your order/ is ready. We are now looking for the best transportation solution for your order. Otherwise, you will be provided with a possible date of collection according to our loading schedule;
You will be contacted by phone or email to fix a date and time for collection.

Loaded:
Your order has been loaded and collected by the carrier.

Shipped :
Your order was successfully shipped. The delivery note and other related documents (if applicable) have been sent by email.
The delivery times are based on your country, department, type of order, transport conditions, weather conditions, etc.
