Russia: 'Baltika' Brewing Company starts bottling of 'Baltika No.3' beer in PET bottles
'Baltika' brewing company OJSC started the bottling of 'Baltika No.3' beer into new one-liter PET bottle, the Siberian Financial Information Service communicated May 31.
The premium PET-bottle, the first of its kind on the beer market, looks quite like the traditional 'Baltika No.3' glass bottle. The new PET-bottle has flat bottom, aluminum screw-top with a mantle ring, which is new for the PET segment and makes the bottle tightly sealed and passing no carbonic acid gas.
