USA: January-October taxable beer removals estimated down 5% versus last year

In line with its policy of publishing an unofficial estimate of taxable removals each month, United States’ Beer Institute has revealed its October 2025 estimate of 11,000,000 barrels, for a decrease of 3.8% compared to October 2024 removals of 11,434,193.

The January-October volume is estimated at 119,569,926 barrels, down 5% from 125,857,549 barrels reported for the same period in 2024.

The November 2025 taxable removals estimate is scheduled to be released in early January.
