World: Beer production continues to rebound from the pandemic impact
Global beer production continues to rebound from the Covid-19 impact in 2020, RMI Analytics said in their latest report.
The top 3 global brewers are validating this beer volume growth through their solid Q3 2022 results (AB InBev beer volumes were up 2.8%, Heineken +8.1%, Carlsberg +6.9%). In representing 48% of total global beer production, the results of these three brewers make the 2022 growth estimate achievable.
Major headwinds still exist though, with rather poor beer volume performance YTD in the USA, and China volumes flat, the analysts said.
