USA, AZ: Hundred Mile Brewing Company to celebrate soft opening this month

This December, Hundred Mile Brewing Company (HMBC) celebrates its soft opening in Tempe at 690. N. Scottsdale Road, Signals AZ reported on December 6.

The brewery boasts unique beers brewed onsite and served as fresh as possible by award winning brewer, Valerie Adee, as well as other local brews. In addition, a comprehensive menu designed by Chefs Nick Bymaster and Tyler Anderson will pair perfectly with every sip. HMBC also offers an extensive wine and craft cocktail menu.

Due to the time it takes to develop scratch-made beers and the nature of this process, the soft opening will showcase a wide variety of local AZ beers in their taproom.

During the soft opening, HMBC will have a daily drawing for $100 gift cards. In celebration of being adjacent to ASU’s campus, as well as both the owner and brewer being ASU alums, they will host Sun Devil Sunday on December 11 and offer 15 percent off to anyone wearing ASU gear.
