Russia: Beer production up 1.9% in January-May

Russia’s January-May beer production increased by 1.9% versus the same period last year, Rosstat reported on July 1.

The statistics agency estimates the total volume brewed during the reporting period at 32.3 mln hl.

Vodka production over the same period increased by 3.8%, whereas wine output saw a 7.3% increase.
