USA, MN: Brooklyn Park’s Blue Wolf Brewing Co. closed for good

Brooklyn Park-based Blue Wolf Brewing Co. announced it had closed its doors for good as of Friday, Nov. 12, the Business Journals reported on November 15.

Blue Wolf announced the decision on its website and Facebook page. "Rather than focus on what led to this decision we would rather focus on all of the positive memories we have from the past 3.5+ years with you," the brewery said in a statement.

Serving as Brooklyn Park’s first brewery, Blue Wolf launched about three years ago.

The 65-seat brewery/taproom, located at 8515 Edinburgh Centre Drive, was owned by Jennifer Campbell and her husband, Mike.

Although the Blue Wolf is closing, another brewery will soon be making its way to the area. The Brooklyn Park Planning commission recently approved plans for a new brewery located in the Stone Mountain Plaza in Brooklyn Park.
