EU: Malt exports increase by 6% in July-April 2020/21

EU malt exports totalled 2.474 mln tonnes (grain equivalent) in 1 July – 25 April, plus 6% y/y, H. M. Gauger GmbH said in their May report.

Main destinations for EU malt were: Brazil with 389 thousand tonnes, Nigeria with 186 thousand, Vietnam with 134 thousand, Japan with 130 thousand, and Cambodia with 109 thousand tonnes.
