USA, CT: Third brewery eyes location in Cheshire
While Cheshire is still waiting for its first brewery to officially open, a third brewer is eyeing a location in town, Patch.com reported on March 18.
Cheshire Craft Brewing is slated to become the first brewery in town with an anticipated opening in a few weeks and Counter Weight Brewing is relocating from Hamden to Cheshire, according to the New Haven Register. Counter Weight Brewing will move after a new facility is built in Cheshire.
The Register reports a pair of health care professionals are working to open Malpractice Brewing Co. in the former Bovano property in Cheshire. If the lease can be worked out, the owners are hoping to open by Thanksgiving, according to the Register.
