EU: Barley exports fall by 15% in July-November
EU’s barley exports during July 1 – November 29 were 3.07 mln tonnes, 15% less than last year, H. M. Gauger GmbH said in their December report.
The main destination was Saudi Arabia for 1.1 mln tonnes, and China with almost the same quantity.
France shipped 1.16 mln tonnes, of which 1.085 mln tonnes to China, local sources report.
