Brewing news USA, WI: St. Francis Brewery to reopen after more than five years in April

The new owners of St. Francis Brewery, who are reopening the brewpub after more than five years, have announced the grand opening date, OnMilwaukee reported on March 15.

According to social media post, St. Francis Brewery, 3825 S. Kinnickinnic Ave., will open to the public on Milwaukee Day, Monday, April 14.

At the same time, the brewery and restaurant's head brewer Tyler Killips has shared that he's got the brew system up and running to make beer in advance of the re-opening.

The new owners – Shallece Saleen and Dheren Stewart – announced the reopening of the long-shuttered brewery and restaurant in January.

The 7,200-square-foot brewpub closed in 2019, after 10 years in business.
