Brewing news USA, OH: Warped Wing Brewing Co. planning grand opening of its second location on February 4

A Dayton-based brewery is planning to open its first Mason location next month, Cincinnati.com reported on January 18.

Warped Wing Brewing Co. is planning a grand opening for the brewery and taproom Feb. 4 in the location formerly occupied by Basil's On Market.

Once open, the 13,000-square-foot brewpub and smokery will feature a taproom, small pilot brewing system, full-service dining experience, flexible event space and an outdoor biergarten coming this spring, according to a news release.

To celebrate the grand opening, Warped Wing is working with Sonder Brewing in Mason to offer a collaboration beer on tap, Ryesing Tides.

The food menu will have a large focus on smoked meat, and many menu items will feature Warped Wing beers as ingredients.

Beyond beer, Warped Wing will offer hard cider and a spirits men with a focus on specialty cocktails. It will also offer non-alcoholic mocktails and house-made sodas, including root beer.
