USA, MT: Imagine Nation Brewing Company listed for sale
Imagine Nation Brewing Company in Missoula, the nation's first Microbrewery and Center for Community Transformation was listed for sale on December 14, NBC Montana reported.
The 5,445-square-foot building is located at 1151 West Broadway Street.
Since it opened in 2015, the brewery has hosted 4,000 community events, supported over 500 organizations, and brewed over 80 beers each year.
In addition, they gave back 25% of their net profit to groups working on constructive change in Missoula.
Out of 100+ breweries in Montana, Imagine Nation Brewing is tied for the highest rated. It's also one of the four noteworthy small town breweries in the country.
The business currently operates as a brewery with a tap room. No food is made on premise. Real estate, furniture, fixtures, and brewing equipment along with all intellectual property is included in the sale.
The property is currently listed for $2,775,000.
