USA, TX: Cowtown Brewing Co. to open in Southlake later this year
A new brewery will be taking the place of the former Ginger Man pub later this fall, according to Southlake Town Square's website, the Southlake Style reported on September 14.
Based in Fort Worth, Cowtown Brewing Co. is a taproom that produces its own craft beer and barbecue in a family-friendly atmosphere. Its 10 beers are specifically brewed to complement its smokey barbecue, whether it is sour beers like the Miami Weisse, IPAs like the Moondance and lagers like the Horse With No Name. It recently won silver awards in both the U.S. Open Beer Championship and the Great American Beer Festival, and its barbecue menu includes offerings such as brisket, chicken, baby back ribs, pulled pork, sausage, tacos and more.
Cowtown Brewing Co. will open at 1512 E. Southlake Blvd. later this year.
