Brewing news USA, NJ: Hillsborough's Flounder Brewery now open at its new location

Hillsborough's Flounder Brewery is now open at their new location on the Carriage Farm property, Patch.com reported on June 10.

Jeremy Lees, owner of Flounder Brewing, partnered with Carriage Farm in Hillsborough to expand their product. Flounder moved into one of the barns on the Carriage Farm property at 2 Clerico Lane. Read More: Flounder Brewing, Distillery To Build New Home At Carriage Farm

Flounder officially opened on June 9 and is accepting slot reservations for visitors.

" We are now open but you gotta sign-up for a slot in order to ensure everyone has a great experience while continue to work out little kinks, and also so there is plenty of space for everyone when visiting," said Lees.

As of Thursday, June 10 morning, all of the weekend slots have been filled up but Flounder will be releasing time slots for next weekend on Monday, June 14.

A ribbon-cutting will be held on Sunday, June 13 at noon to officially mark the opening of the new location.
