Ukraine: Both beer and malt production decline in January-April this year
Ukraine’s January-April beer production (excluding zero-alcohol brands and beer with less than 0.5% ABV) totalled 4.97 mln hl, Beer Business reported on May 19 citing data by trade organization Ukrpivo.
Compared to January-April last year, the production volume dropped by 1.3%.
Malt output declined by 9.4% to 83,298 tonnes, it is reported.
