Ukraine: Beer and malt production decline in January-September this year

Ukraine’s beer production totalled 14.22 mln hl in January-September this year, down 1.5% versus the same period in 2019, Ukrpivo reported on October 13.

The trade association’s statistics don’t include zero-alcohol beer with alcohol content below 0.5%.

Malt output over the reporting period dropped by 22.5% to 202,395 tonnes, it is reported.
