Canada, AB: O.T. Brewing releases its first beers

A new sports-themed brewery in Calgary has announced the release of its first beers, the Canadian Beer News reported on July 4.

O.T. Brewing has entered the market with two hazy and hop-forward beers: 5 Hundie Hazy IPA (6.5% abv), which “has notes of peach and cotton candy on the nose followed by suggestions of mango and papaya on the palate”; and Flagstick Hazy Pale Ale (5.2% abv), which is “refreshingly dry and light-bodied with notes of ripe pineapple, clementine oranges, and a hint of spruce.”

Both beers are available now in cans and on draught at select retailers and licensees in Calgary. They will also be available at the O.T. Brewing taproom and retail shop which is expected to open later this month at 1155 44 Ave SE in Calgary’s Highfield neighbourhood.
