第一步:糖化
初始温度设定在62°C,搭配80升水,调节pH值到5.4
温度调到62°C,静置45分钟
温度调到72°C,静置15分钟
温度调到78°C,静置2分钟
第二步:过滤
用75-78°C的水过滤麦汁
第三步:煮沸
煮沸时间:70分钟
沸腾后加入Goldings Pellets颗粒酒花
煮沸1小时后加入Fuggle Pellets颗粒酒花
第四步:发酵
在25°C下发酵
第五步:熟成
在2°C下熟成两周
