Château Pale Ale 淡色艾尔麦芽 1 kg / hl
Château Wheat Blanc® 小麦麦芽 1 kg / hl
Château Cara Blond® 浅色焦糖麦芽 0.5 kg
酒花
Saaz 100 g / hl
Centennial 50 g / hl
Mosaic 40 g / hl
酵母
SafAle BE– 256 (Abbey) 60-70 g / hl
香料
Coriander 10 g / hl
Clove 5 g / hl
Black Pepper 5 g / hl
糖化温度
第一步:糖化
初始温度设定在63°C,保持45分钟
温度调到69°C,静置15分钟
第二步:过滤
用76°C的水过滤麦汁
第三步:煮沸
煮沸时间:1小时
煮沸10分钟后加入Saaz酒花
煮沸55分钟后加入Centennial和Mosaic酒花,香料,和 0.3 kg 白糖(针对百升酒)
原麦汁浓度应达到 21°Plato
过滤残渣
第四步:冷却
第五步:发酵 在24oC下进行发酵
第六步:熟成 在12oC下熟成两天,然后在0-1oC熟成两周
